Our Designers:

Cynthia Henderson is a registered Interior Designer with the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) and an intern Member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). She graduated from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) (DipID) and TUNS (Technical University of Nova Scotia) (BEDS and BArch). She has consulted with CB Richard Ellis and is involved with various business groups and neighbourhood associations. She has volunteered with ARIDO, TRAC 3 (skiing), March of Dimes, and is an avid surfer, sailor, MGB enthusiast and French studier.  

Brad Culver is a registered architect (Ontario Association of Architects), and an Educator member of ARIDO. He is also Bill 124 eligible to apply for Building Permits. He graduated from the University Of Alberta (BA), TUNS (BEDS, BArch) and the University of Toronto (MUDS). He also writes and performs music.

We have great experience:

Since 1991 we have built over 300 projects, representing:
All building types (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, institutional, industrial, etc.). Prior to opening our office, Cynthia and Brad worked for some of the most prominent design firms in the world.

Cynthia worked with Jerome Markson, Gordon Ridgely and Andrew Volgyesi in Toronto, on some of the most exclusive residential projects in town.   She worked for Denton and Tunley Architects in Milton Keynes, UK and gained experience in the design of  health centres, residential and industrial buildings.

Brad worked with Sir Terence Conran’s architecture firm in London, England.

Sustainability:

We are committed to designing ‘sustainable’ buildings, and are experts in the LEED criteria, in addition to other alternative ‘sustainable’ initiatives and philosophies.

Furniture:

We have created many custom-designed furniture solutions that reinforce the needs of our clients. These are custom designed lighting, seating, decorative wall panels, built-in furniture pieces and doggie shower and spa. We can source antiques and rare pieces through our extensive network of contacts.  We are able to find buyers for your furniture that is unsuitable for your next home.
We are also exploring several prototypes of ‘alterable’ children’s furniture.

Teaching:

Following the examples of many prominent architects, we have always combined practice with teaching.
Cynthia has taught in the Interior Design program at the International Academy and the Interior Decorating Program at Seneca College, and Brad teaches in the Interior Design Program at Sheridan College, where he was the Academic Coordinator from 2001 to 2003. He was also nominated as a TVO ‘Best Lecturer’ in 2009.
